107. SETTLEMENT IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. PURDUE PHARMA, ET AL. AS TO PURDUE DIRECT SETTLEMENT Approve a settlement in Maricopa County v. Purdue Pharma, et al. known as the Purdue/Sackler Direct Settlement and authorize Maricopa County Attorney Civil Division Chief Thomas Liddy to sign the settlement agreement.
