76. SETTLEMENT IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. PURDUE PHARMA, ET AL. AS TO THE SIX REMAINING DEFENDANTS Approve a settlement in Maricopa County v. Purdue Pharma, et al. with the six remaining defendants: Associated Pharmacies, Inc., (and American Associated Pharmacies); J M Smith Corporation; Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.; Morris and Dickson Co.; North Carolina Mutual Wholesale Drug Company, Inc.; and United Natural Foods, Inc. (including its subsidiaries SuperValu and Advantage Logistics) (collectively, the “Remnant Defendants Settlement”). Additionally, authorize Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Civil Division Chief Thomas Liddy to sign all necessary documents to join the settlement.
