INITIATE LITIGATION REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE, ARIZONA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES VIOLATIONS AT 17602 NORTH CAVE CREEK ROAD, PHOENIX, AZ 85032, APN 214-08- 006A, APN 214-08-006C, AND APN 214-08-030 (Supervisor District: 3) Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to pursue litigation to enforce Environmental Health Code, Arizona Administrative Code and Arizona Revised Statutes violations against the property located at 17602 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032, APN 214-08- 006A, APN 214-08-006C, and APN 214-08-030 and to obtain a judgment for civil penalties and injunctive relief.
