39.FY 2026 NON RECURRING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR REPLACEMENT ELECTIONS SCANNER In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY 2026 budget:1. Increase the expenditure authority in the Elections (D210) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $76,000.2. Decrease the expenditure authority in Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) by $76,000.
