46. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF GUADALUPE Approve and execute Amendment No. 8 to Lease Agreement L-7309 with Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County. The Town owns property located at 9401 South Avenida Del Yaqui, Guadalupe, AZ. The Amendment extends Lease term from May 31, 2024, through May 31, 2029, and allows the Assistant County Manager for Maricopa County and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County to administer this Lease Agreement. This Amendment will modify the terms and term of the Agreement. The terms of the renewal will commence June 1, 2024, and expire May 31, 2029. Annual Lease costs are anticipated to be $21,984.80. Approval of this Amendment will not impact the County General Funds. Supervisory District: 5. (C-22-05-126-4-08)
