AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve non-financial Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) with Chandler Unified School District (District) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department Head Start program. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the process for collaboration between the Parties to provide services to preschool children, including children with disabilities as defined in A.R.S. § 15-761, ages three years old to kindergarten-eligible five years old, in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and in accordance with District policies and the Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. §§ 9801, et seq.). The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to address the following: A. Revise Section 27.0 (FACILITY USE) to update information B.
