TERMINATION OF REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF MESA P50360 Approve termination of Revocable License Agreement P-50360 between City of Mesa (City) and Maricopa County (County) dated May 6, 2021, as amended (Agreement) and delegation of signature authority to the Real Estate Director to execute the notice letter to terminate the Agreement. The City owns property located at 64 East 1st Street, Mesa, AZ. The County utilizes approximately 3,190 square feet of office space on said property for Workforce Development services administered by the Human Services Department. The parties agree to terminate the Agreement on September 30, 2023. Supervisorial District: 2 (C-22-21-107-X-02)
