55. SUBMITTAL OF DES COMMUNITY NAVIGATION PARTNER PROGRAM APPLICATION Request approval of the following: 1. Authorize the Human Services Department to submit the DES Community Navigation Partner Program application to Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) for access to the Housing Stability and Utility Assistance Portal (HSUAP). The application will provide the Human Services Department staff with the ability to request individual navigator access to the HSUAP. 2. Authorize the Human Services Department Director to sign and submit all required forms for access to the Housing Stability and Utility Assistance Portal. The Department staff will utilize HSUAP to assist eligible household with DES assistance programs. The Department will maintain a complete list of individuals authorized to access the Portal and update and submit to DES on a regular basis. Approval of this action will not have a financial impact.
