78. IGA WITH THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE FOR CDBG FUNDED ACTIVITIES Approve a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of El Mirage (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Subrecipient to procure a Fire Apparatus (Class A Pumper) that will replace the existing Fire Apparatus to serve the community. The County shall provide the Subrecipient with $319,840 Program Year 2022 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds under Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.218. Agreement term is December 7, 2022, through November 1, 2024. FY 2023: $319,840 Expenditures Supervisor District: 4 (C-22-23-049-X-00)

66. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF EL MIRAGE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve financial Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of El Mirage (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Subrecipient to purchase a Class A Pumper Fire Apparatus to serve the residents of the City of El Mirage. The Subrecipient and the County shall be referred to as the “Parties.” The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: A. Increase Agreement funding amount by $200,000 from $319,840 to $519,840. Funding for this Amendment is provided under Assistance Listing Number 14.218, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year/Fiscal Year 2022/2023 funds. The Agreement is amended to incorporate the changes contained in this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
