27. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH RSM US, LLP Approve a financial Competition Impracticable Contract between RSM US, LLP (“Contractor”) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Contract is for the Contractor to expand on the Department’s Dynamics integrated case management system. The expansion to the system supports the Department’s service eligibility determinations and manages the Program’s enrollment, case management and processing, service delivery, and data analysis. The Contractor shall provide will provide configuration, development, quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, technical and end-user training, as well as deployment and operational support. The Contract amount shall not exceed $2,500,000, the County shall reimburse the Contractor for completed project scope and project phases as outlined in the Statement of Work. Funding for this Contract shall be provided by American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery (ARPA) Funds under the Assistance Listing Number 21.027 provided to the County.
