68. FACILITY USE/REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TEMPE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 213 P50397 Approve and execute this Facilities Use/Revocable License Agreement between Tempe Union High School District No. 213 (P50397) (“Licensor”) and Maricopa County (“Licensee”) for Head Start Program use of the premises known as the Innovation Center located at 500 West Guadalupe Road, Tempe, AZ 85283. The term of the Agreement shall be for a five (5) year period commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028 (“Term”), and may be renewed by Amendment executed by both Parties for one (1) additional five-year term (“Renewal Option”). The County’s Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement. There is no license fee charged to the County for use of the space.
