60. DATA SHARING AGREEMENTS WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve two (2) non-financial Data Sharing Agreements (DSA) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The Human Services Department (HSD) Divisions must access DES’ Arizona Technological Eligibility Computer System (“AZTECS”) database to determine client eligibility for HSD’s administered programs. DES requires a separate DSA for each division/program that must access DES’ database as funding and program services have different requirements. Each DSA is valid for 5 years from date of last approved signature. Request approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign the following J-119 Single Division Data-Sharing Agreements. Also, request approval for Assistant Directors of Workforce Development Division and Community Resilience Division to sign the J-119 Single Division Data-Sharing Agreement as External Agency Point of Contact: •1775161 for Community Resilience Division •1775162 for Workforce Development Division Supervisory District: All (C-22-24-104-X-00)
