AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM HOSPITALIZATION Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS) in the not-to-exceed amount of $28,740. The purpose of this Amendment is to change rates and quarterly estimate of State Match Advance Payments. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The purpose of this Amendment is for CHS and AHCCCS to jointly develop, and mutually agreed upon, an eligibility application and determination process that complies with both Federal and State Laws, regulation, rules and appropriate CMS approval, and to adjudicate and pay claims for covered services provided to Members in accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and rules. 123. AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM HOSPITALIZATION To approve amendment No. 5 to extend the current Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS) for and additional five years. The purpose of this Agreement is for Maricopa County and AHCCCS to jointly develop, and mutually agree upon, an eligibility application and determination process that complies with both Federal and State Laws, regulation, rules and appropriate CMS approval, and to adjudicate and pay claims for covered services provided to Members in accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and rules. 34. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM (AHCCCS) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)-MEDICAID YH16-0018-07 and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS). The purpose of this Amendment is to change rates and quarterly estimate of State Match Advance Payments. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. This is a cost avoidance for Maricopa County, as CHS would be responsible for 100% of the cost if patients are not approved to be AHCCCS eligible, thereby making AHCCCS the payer rather than the County as payor of last resort. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2903 to provide AHCCCS with the appropriate State Match in order to pay for Medical Services that qualify for Federal Financial Participation (FFP) provided to Inmates who qualify for Title XIX while they are an inpatient in a non-secure ward of a Medical Institution. It also provides AHCCCS with the funds to pay for administrative costs associated with this Amendment. (C-26-19-002-3-04)

65. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM FOR MEDICAID Approve Amendment No. 8 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Medicaid YH16-0018-07 and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS). This Amendment allows CHS and AHCCCS to jointly develop an eligibility process and manage claims in compliance with Federal and State laws, as well as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. The purpose of this amendment is to update the language in the agreement for Section 1 (Definitions, subsection 1.5), update the Point of Contacts on Section 6, and incorporate the Administrative Annual Cost Estimates for Maricopa County for SFY2026, as well as the quarterly estimates of State Match Advance Payments.
