32. AMENDMENT TO MOU WITH MERCY CARE REGARDING COLLABORATIVE PROTOCOL Approve Amendment Number 1 to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Mercy Care and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS). This approval extends to subsequent Amendments to this MOU which extend the time frame or amend the name of the organization. Such amendments shall be sent to the Clerk of the Board with a recommendation of approval by the MCDCHS Appointing Authority or his/her designee and a copy of this agenda. The Clerk’s Office will sign all such documents, retain a copy for the official records and return a signed copy to the department. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the term for a twelve (12) month period. This Amendment is non-financial and is effective from February 13th, 2020 until February 12th, 2021. Conforming language regarding subsequent amendments will be added to the signature documents. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-26-19-011-3-01)
