31. AMENDMENT TO MOU WITH MAGELLAN COMPLETE CARE OF ARIZONA REGARDING COLLABORATIVE PROTOCOL Approve Amendment Number 1 between Magellan Complete Care of Arizona and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS). This approval extends to subsequent Amendments to this MOU which extend the time frame or amend the name of the organization. Such amendments shall be sent to the Clerk of the Board with a recommendation of approval by the MCDCHS Appointing Authority or his/her designee and a copy of this agenda. The Clerk’s Office will sign all such documents, retain a copy for the official records and return a signed copy to the department. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the term for a twelve (12) month period. This Amendment is non-financial and is effective from July 31st, 2020 until July 30th, 2021. Conforming language regarding subsequent amendments will be added to the signature documents. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-26-20-004-3-01)

AMENDMENT TO MOU WITH MAGELLAN COMPLETE CARE OF ARIZONA, INC Approve an Amendment #2 to the current MOU between Magellan Complete Care of Arizona, Inc. and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services. The MOU established a collaborative protocol for effective communication, coordination and continuity of care for individuals eligible for services provided by Magellan Complete Care of Arizona, Inc. who are also served by Maricopa County Correctional Health Services (MCCHS ). The purpose of this Amendment is to reflect the Name change of Magellan Complete Care of Arizona , INC to Molina HealthCare of Arizona, INC. and to renew the current agreement for another year until July 30th, 2022. 40. AMENDMENT TO THE DATA LINK AGREEMENT BETWEEN MAGELLAN COMPLETE CARE OF ARIZONA, INC AND MARICOPA COUNTY. Approve an amendment to the Data Link Agreement between Magellan Complete Care of Arizona, INC and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services, the purpose of the agreement is to govern the operation and Parties' participation in the Jail Data Link Program (“Data Link”).
