79. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TERROS HEALTH INC Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement between Maricopa County (County) and TERROS, INC., DBA TERROS HEALTH (“TH”) to extend the term for a twelve (12) month period. There is no financial impact to either party assigned by this Agreement; the Agreement is intended to allow TH and CHS to work together to better address the needs of the community. Additionally, this Amendment adds language for Written Certification Pursuant to A.R.S. § 35-393.01 and Governing Laws, and all other remain unchanged. (C-26-23-006-X-01)
