60. AMENDMENT TO MOU AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT WITH MERCY CARE Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Mercy Care and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS). The purpose of this MOU is to establish a collaborative protocol for effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care for individuals eligible for services provided by Mercy Care who are also served by CHS. The purpose of this amendment is to revise Sections III-C-1, 2, 5, 6, and 8 of the MOU. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Mercy Care is also requesting signatures on both the Web Portal Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This agreement enables access to Mercy Care’s web portal to facilitate the retrieval of member/enrollee eligibility information. There are no financial obligations associated with any of these documents, which will become effective upon approval by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. (C-26-24-010-X-02)
