34. AMENDMENT TO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT WITH DR. THOMAS COYNE Amendment to the Independent Contractor Agreement (originally approved February 7, 2024 under C-29-24-010-X-00) with Dr. Thomas Coyne to provide forensic neuropathology services for the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner.
