AMENDMENT TO USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH JUNIOR NATIONAL FOUNDATION Approve and execute the Amendment Seven (“Amendment Seven”) to the Use Management Agreement (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County and Junior National Foundation (“Concessionaire”) (C-30-04-027-1-08). The purpose of Amendment Seven is to extend the time for two (2) years for Concessionaire to complete construction of the complex improvements. Term of the Agreement is through December 31, 2050, with one option to renew for twenty-five (25) years. Supervisory District: 5 (C-30-04-027-1-08)
