53. AMENDMENT SEVEN TO ADOBE MOUNTAIN GOLF COURSE LEASE AGREEMENT Approve and execute the Seventh Amendment to the Adobe Mountain Golf Course Lease Agreement between Maricopa County and Sun States Sports, Inc. dba The 500 Club Golf Course (“The 500 Club”) (CS 896024), as amended, to extend the time for The 500 Club to complete construction of the event center. If The 500 Club begins construction of the event center within one (1) year of when Amendment Seven becomes effective, the term of the Golf Course Agreement shall be extended for ten (10) years from the date of the certificate of occupancy or until December 31, 2053, whichever is later.
