DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,500 each from Penny Hudspeth and Anahi Villalobas for memorial benches to be placed within Estrella Regional Park, a $1,500 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Regional Park from Russ and Rita Schag, a $1,500 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park from Carolyn Gierga, and an anonymous donation of $891 at Estrella Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-23-003-X-00)
