79. MOU WITH ARIZONA STATE PARKS BOARD FOR THE MONITORING OF CULTURAL AND PALEONTOLOGICAL SITES THROUGH THE ARIZONA SITE STEWARD PROGRAM Approve and execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), between Arizona State Parks Board and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department, for the purpose of monitoring of cultural and paleontological sites through the Arizona Site Steward Program located within the areas designated as part of the Maricopa County Parks System. There is no financial obligation. The term of the Agreement is for ten (10) years as of the date of the last signature with one (1) ten (10)-year extension period that may be repeated as agreed to by the Parties. Locations are in all Supervisor Districts. (C-30-23-027-X-00)
