80. DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,500.00 for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Christel Navarro; a $1,500 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Christian Henriquez, a $434.40 donation of Desert Defender T-Shirts for the Invasive Species Program from the Desert Botanical Gardens; a $184.34 donation of Desert Defender stickers for the Invasive Species Program from Darleen Sims; Donation of $260.00 from the White Tank penny machine. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-23-028-X-00)
