81. INCREASE TO REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY, PARKS AND RECREATION SOUVENIR FUND (F239) Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, approve the following FY2023 appropriation adjustments: 1. Increase the Parks and Recreation Department (D300) Parks Souvenir Fund (Fund 239) Operating (OPER) revenue budget by $25,000 to reflect additional revenue and an appropriation adjustment and also increase the Parks Souvenir Fund (Fund 239) Operating (OPER) expenditure budget by $25,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure and revenue appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) budget in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by $25,000. Approval of this action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget and does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S 42‐ 17105.
