46. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR THE PLATINUM PASS PROGRAM Approve an extension of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County to authorize the participation in the Phoenix Transit Platinum Pass Program which will provide electronic fare collection and billing services for bus and light rail boardings covered under the County’s approved subsidy program. This would extend the IGA until September 30, 2026. The original IGA approved by the Board on September 2, 2020 (C-31-21-011-X-00) is effective from October 1, 2020 until September 30, 2023 and allows for a three-year extension until September 30, 2026.
