43. MEDICAL RATES FOR PLAN YEAR 2024 1. Approve the Medical Benefit rates for active employees for January 1 through December 31, 2024, as outlined on the attached Exhibit A. 2. Approve any change in the HSA annual plan limits for 2024 as released by the IRS with no change to the County contribution amount. 3. Approve the continuation of the Wellness Incentive program with minimal changes to Your Choice Ac tivities for incentives awarded in plan year ending December 2025. Exhibit A illustrates the employee cost and employer cost to support the medical benefits (including prescription drug and behavioral health) for January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. There is no change in rate from 2023. Exhibit B includes The Maricopa County Benefits Plan (Thirteenth Amendment and Restatement) which governs how employee health and welfare benefits (such as medical, prescription, behavioral health, dental, flexible sp ending accounts, etc.) are administered.
