100. IGA WITH THE REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Regional Public Transportation Authority and Maricopa County Library District to authorize the participation in the employer participation program which provides electronic fare collection and billing services for bus and light rail boardings covered under the County’s approved subsidy program. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date that it is executed by the Parties, as indicated above. It shall remain in effect unless terminated or canceled as otherwise provided in this Agreement. (C-31-24-068-X-00)
