Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A.R.S. §38-231. April 18, 2022 George Tohannie – Senior Systems Administrator June 27, 2022 Justin Heywood – Admin/ Operations Specialist December 12, 2022 Lisa Bulfin – PC/LAN Technician Senior/Lead William Crist – Voter registration Compliance Officer January 9, 2023 Ben Guidry – IT Project Manager January 16, 2023 Sierra Ciaramella – Senior Advisor for Special Projects and External Affairs The Recorder is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
