15. IGA WITH WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FINANCIAL SYSTEM SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Washington Elementary School District for the purpose of outlining the responsibilities of each of the parties’ management of the County and School District Financial System of record as part of the MCSS Financial System Support Consortium. The IGA shall become effective from and after the date of its execution and expire June 30, 2024. Maricopa County is authorized to enter into this IGA under A.R.S. §11-952 for the purposes of exercising joint powers or contracting for services. As a result of this IGA and pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve an expenditure adjustment to the FY 2023 County School Superintendent (D370) School Communication Fund (782) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget in the amount of $846,110. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Non Department Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) in the line “Unassigned” by $846,110.
