23. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR COUNTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT SCHOOL COMMUNICATION FUND In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following budget adjustments for Fiscal Year 2026: 1. Increase the expenditure budget for the County School Superintendent (D370) School Communication Fund (782) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $340,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) in the line “Unassigned” by $340,000. The adjustment to Fund 782 is needed due to various school districts adding modules to their Tyler Technologies School ERP Pro software services. The County School Superintendent's Office hosts the Tyler Consortium for 35 of the school districts in Maricopa County. This consortium allows for centralized services and better pricing for the software and modules. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
