58. ACCEPT END CUSTOMER INVESTMENT FUNDS FOR MICROSOFT TEAMS PHONE MIGRATION Authorize and digitally sign the acceptance of $246,390 in End Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) from Microsoft to support Maricopa County’s migration to Microsoft Teams Phone. These funds are a project contribution and are not subject to reimbursement if the County completes services in accordance with the agreement. These funds will be paid directly from Microsoft to ANM (Advanced Network Management), a trusted Microsoft partner and County contracted vendor, after County signoff of the completion of services, to provide professional services for the migration effort for all County departments currently on the Avaya phone system. Also, authorize the Chairman to sign all related acceptance documents for the funds and for the Director of ETI to sign any completion of services documents as needed for Microsoft to pay the ANM.
