25. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 505-14-004 The parcel below is presented for sale, subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. Parcel Number – 505-14-004 Date Previously Offered – November 2021 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – George Vaughn Amount of Offer – $200.00 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, real property, parcel (505-14-004), was offered for sale at auction; however, no bids were received. Therefore, the County may sell the real property, parcel (505-14-004), pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(A), which allows the state tax deed on the property to be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Assessor’s Office review is not required, as subsections E and F do not apply. If the Board of Supe rvisors accepts the offer on the real property, parcel (505-14-004), the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quit claim deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursu ant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel (505-14-004), the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining proce eds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C). Once an offer(s) is made and received by the Treasurer's Office and the offer(s) on a parcel have been placed on the agenda, no additional offers on that parcel will be accepted.
