76. PURGE OF OLD PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX DATA FROM TREASURER’S DATABASE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-2066, the request to purge irrecoverable personal property taxes on the attached list of accounts is presented to the Board of Supervisors for consideration and approval. The tax obligations on these accounts are beyond the statute of limitations for tax debts. This item has no anticipated financial impact, as uncollected tax debts of this age are not accounted for in the current fiscal year’s budget.
