25. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 201-15-226A (Supervisorial District: 4) The following offer to purchase parcel 201-15-226A has been received and is subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. No additional offers on the parcel will be accepted. Parcel Number – 201-15-226A Date Previously Offered – May 2023 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Ahmed Alsaadi Amount of Offer -- $189.00 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, real property parcel 201-15-226A, was offered for sale at auction; however, no winning bids were received. Therefore, the County may sell the real property parcel 201-15-226A, pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(A), which allows the state tax deed on the property to be sold to the highest bidder for cash. An Assessor’s Office review is not required, as subsection F does not apply. If the Board of Supervisors accepts the offer on the real property parcel 201-15-226A, the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quit claim deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel 201-15-226A, the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining proceeds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C). The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 4. The crossroads are N. 83rd AVE. and W. Pinnacle Peak Rd. (C-43-26-047-X-00)
