98. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY STADIUM DISTRICT AND MARICOPA COUNTY TREASURER’S OFFICE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Stadium District (District) and the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-4203(D)(1), the Stadium District may contract with an external entity for financial management as treasurer of the District. Under the IGA, the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office will serve as the district treasurer of the Maricopa County Stadium District. Prior to 2025 statutory changes, the County Treasurer’s Office was designated ex officio as the treasurer of the District. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by the governing bodies of the Parties. This Agreement may be amended only upon written agreement by all Parties. The Agreement shall remain in full force for a period of ten (10) years. After the expiration of the first ten (10) year term, the Parties may, upon mutual agreement, extend the term of this Agreement by another five (5) years.
