AMERIPARK RV & BOAT STORAGE Case #: Z2023013 Supervisor District: 2 Applicant & Owner: Ian Lang, SimonCRE / SimonCRE Rubicvon V LLC Request: Modification of Conditions (case #Z2021024) Site Location: Generally located on the SWC of Ellsworth Rd. and Apache Trail, in the Mesa Area Commission Recommendation: On 4/6/23, the Commission voted 8-0 to adopt a motion recommending the Board of Supervisors approve Z2023013 subject to conditions ‘a’ – ‘d’: a. Development of the site shall be in substantial conformance with the Zoning Exhibit entitled “Major Plan Amendment Narrative “, consisting of 6 pages, dated March 16, 2023, except as modified by the following conditions. Staff may determine slight refinements to remain in substantial conformance with the approved site plan. Minor and major amendments to the site plan will be determined in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance. b. Continued compliance with all conditions of Z2021024. c. The following CUPD standards shall be memorialized: 1. Usage of stabilized decomposed granite throughout the site besides the driveway, ADA stalls, and the area surrounded by the onsite modular building is allowed. d.
