AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF GILA BEND Approve Amendment 2 to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services Between the Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office. Approval of this item allows the current IGA to continue for an additional year beginning July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. This amendment also updates the names for official notices and allow for documents to be signed in counterparts and electronically. 24. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF GILA BEND FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve Amendment #3 to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between the Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office. Approval of this item allows the current IGA to continue on month-to-month basis through December 31, 2023 or until there is a new agreement, whichever comes first. This amendment also updates the contact information for County Manager. The amendment is effective July 1, 2023, and upon approval by the Board of Supervisors and the Town of Gila Bend.
