30. ONE TIME ADDITIONS TO FLEET Approve the following one-time additions to fleet of red-lined vehicles for MCSO: 1) Vehicle 311350, a 2013 Ford F150, VIN 1FTFW1EF3DKG35011, to be used in MCSO’s Lake Patrol Division by civilian staff to pick up inter-office mail, warehouse orders, towels and blankets and to deliver equipment to lakes substations. This vehicle will also be used to haul equines and equine supplies. Because it will not be used for public safety response, minimal markings that include the Maricopa County Seal and a G-Plate registration are requested; 2) Vehicle 411412, a 2014 Ford F450, VIN 1FDUF4GTXEEB52994, to be used haul heavy hay bales to events, large equine supplies, barricades, and any safety equipment the Lakes division may need. Because it will not be used for public safety response, minimal markings that include the Maricopa County Seal and a G-Plate registration are requested. The annual operating expense for these vehicles is expected to be $7,800 each for a total of $15,600. These vehicles will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention funds for its replacement. (C-50-23-024-X-00)
