22. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve one-time addition to fleet of red-lined vehicle # 311428, a 2014 Ford Expedition, VIN 1FMJU1G55EEF24024, with current mileage of 92,123. This vehicle will be used by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Aviation Service Division primarily for operational scouting, extraditions, mechanical equipment shuttling, and training. The annual operating expense is expected to be $5,000 to be absorbed by the General Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for replacement. (C-50-23-159-X-00)
