15. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve the one-time addition to fleet of red-lined vehicle #321503, a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, VIN 1GNLC2EC1FR538298, with approximately 118,000 miles. This vehicle will be assigned to the Intelligence Information Division for use of by the weekly personnel on call, due to current lack of assigned take home vehicles. The annual operating expense for this vehicle is expected to be $5,000 and will be absorbed by the General Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention fund for replacement. Also approve an exemption from markings for this vehicle.
