23. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH OMNIGO CORPORATION DBA QUETEL Approve a Competition Impracticable (CI) with Omnigo Corporation DBA QueTel in the amount of $452,428 for ongoing support and maintenance of TraQ software system. Omnigo DBA QueTel is the creator of the TraQ software system and is the only authorized vendor that can provide software support and system upgrades for this system. The MCSO Property Management Division (PMD) has been using this system for tracking invent ory for eight years. Authorize Office of Procurement Services to sign Master Service Agreement (MSA) and subsequent renewal and equipment orders relative to this CI. (C-50-23-191-X-00)
