20. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve the one-time addition to fleet of red-lined vehicle #321610, a 2016 Chevy Tahoe, VIN 1GNLCDECOGR286590, with approximately 121,487 miles. This vehicle will be assigned to the Enforcement Support Division to be used by Community Outreach Unit to replace 2 vehicles that were returned to fleet as unse rviceable. The annual operating expense for this vehicle is expected to be $5,000 and will be absorbed by the General Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the General or Detention Funds for replacement. Als o approve an exemption from markings for this vehicle.
