25. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve the one-time addition to fleet of red-lined vehicle # 321725, a 2017 Chevy Tahoe, VIN 1GNLCDEC3HR296242, with approximately 141,800 miles. This vehicle will be assigned to the Major Crimes Division, this vehicle is equipped with cage and will be used to transport inmates with Page 2 or warrant to and from ITR with assigned detective will ensure safety of both the inmate and detective. The annual operating expense for this vehicle is expected to be $5,000 and will be absorbed by the General Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention fund for replacement. Also approve an exemption from markings for this vehicle.
