23. DONATION TO SHERIFF’S OFFICE Accept the donation of up to 200 vehicle decals described as “Honor Banners” from Steve Natwick, a member of the Sheriff’s Advisory Council. These vehicle decals will be placed on marked patrol vehicles in remembrance of those Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) sworn and detention employees who lost their lives in the line of duty.
