22. BUILDING ACCESS AND NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND TELEPORT COMMUNICATIONS AMERICA, LLC (AT&T) Approve and execute a Building Access and Non-Exclusive License Agreement between Maricopa County and Teleport Communications America, LLC, subsidiary of AT&T. The License Agreement will allow Teleport Communications America to install and maintain a fiber optic line in the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) HQ building located at 550 West Jackson Street in Phoenix. The Assistant County Manager for Maricopa County and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County shall administer the License Agreement. The building is in Supervisor District 5. (C-50-24-192-X-00) 23. DONATIONS TO SHERIFF’S OFFICE Accept the individual cash donations during the month(s) of April and May to the Sheriff's Office and designated for the MASH Unit from Alyssa Mencini for $1,000; Anshika Mehrotra for $500; and Joanne Munson for $250. Cash donations total $1,750. Also, accept the non-cash donations during the month(s) of April and May as follow: BARK (Buckeye Animal Rescue & Kennel) consisting of Kennels, Leashes, Food, assortment of pet items valued at $1,382 and MCSO SWAT/K9 consisting of dog beds and brushes valued at $1,628. Total for non-cash donations is $3,010. These donations will be used in MASH, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Animal Safe Haven, where evidentiary animals seized in criminal animal abuse cases are housed and cared for. (C-50-24-194-X-00)
