30. MOU WITH DAISY MOUNTAIN FIRE DEPARTMENT Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Daisy Mountain Fire Department and Maricopa County on behalf of Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) to allow access to MCSO unencrypted radio talk-groups by DMFD for the purpose of monitoring MCSO transmissions for potential co-responding incidents and to establish the responsibilities of both parties. This MOU will be effective as of date signed by last Participant for a period of three years. This is a non-financial agreement. (C-50-25-027-X-00)
