29. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH ST. GEORGE INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES, LLC DBA AZ TRUTHFINDER Approve an increase to the Competition Impracticable (CI) with St. George Investigative Services LLC dba AZ Truthfinder in the amount of $143,000.00 for a total of $243,000.00. The Director of Office of Procurement Services approved the initial competition impracticable in the amount of $100,000.00 on January 1, 2026. St. George Investigative Services, LLC dba AZ Truthfinder provides completes investigations for Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) to assist with the backlog of Professional Standards Bureau cases. St. George Investigative Services LLC AZ Truthfinders provides subject matter expertise for MCSO cases assigned to them. Approval of the additional funds will allow St. George Investigative Services LLC dba AZ Truthfinders to continue working on cases until the solicitation process is completed and a contract is awarded.
