59. NON-FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH CASEY FAMILY PROGRAMS Approve a Non-Financial Agreement between Casey Family Programs and Maricopa County through the Office of Public Defense Services (PDS). The purpose of this agreement is to allow Casey Family and PDS to work together to develop a Dependency Prevention Prog ram. This Agreement shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties, and shall continue until December 31, 2024. (C-56-23-008-X-00)
