51. ROAD FILE NO. A669 Set a hearing for March 11, 2020 for Road File No. A669 to Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System. Therefore, pursuant to provisions in A.R.S. Titles 28- 6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following described alignments into the County Transportation System, Road File No. A669. Legal description is identified as Exhibit "A.” (General Vicinity: Northern Avenue and Dysart Road in Supervisor District 4 and in the City of El Mirage.) (C-64-20-123-M-00)

80. RESCIND ROAD FILE A669-R Adopt Resolution A669-R to rescind the action taken by the Board on the 11th day of March 2020, which declared Road File Number A669 (C-64-20-123-M-01), recorded in instrument No. 2020-0219669, declaring 129th Ave from Northern Ave to Butler Dr and Butler Dr from Dysart Rd to 127th Ave, a public highway in the County Highway system. Supervisory District No. 4 In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to remove those portions of 129th Ave and Butler Dr from the County Transportation System that were declared in Road File No. A669. Said roadways to be rescinded are described to wit: ROAD FILE NO. A669-R Two roadway alignments having a width of 80 feet, together with all appurtenant rights lying within Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being centered on the following lines to-wit: Butler Drive from the West quarter corner of said Section 35 to the center of said section. And 129th Avenue (alignment) from Northern Avenue to Butler Drive. A map or plat showing the beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit “A”, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B); and General Vicinity: Northern Avenue and Dysart Road in Supervisory District No. 4 and in the City of El Mirage. 110. IGA WITH THE CITIES OF EL MIRAGE, PEORIA, AND GLENDALE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUTLER DRIVE AND 129TH AVENUE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the cities of El Mirage, Peoria, and Glendale related to the construction of Butler Drive and 129th Avenue. The purpose of this Agreement is confirm the Parties consent to the Rescindment and the Reimbursement and to identify and define the responsibilities of the Parties related to the Rescindment (C-64-20-123-M-01) and Reimbursement for the improvements associated with the previous construction of the Project Roadways. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-25-040-X-00)
