61. CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION ON GILBERT ROAD BRIDGE AT SALT RIVER Approve Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-001 with Tristar Engineering and Management, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $610,921.05, which will bring the contract total to $5,976,927.05. This change order expands Tristar’s scope of work which had limited materials sampling and testing to only the testing of the reinforcing steel and Cement Stabilized Alluvium. The expanded duties shall be to perform all field and laboratory sampling and testing for quality assurance and acceptance, inclusive of those services previously noted. The change order also provides an Overtime Allowance for eligible positions to be approved in advance by the MCDOT Construction Engineer. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-22-197-X-01)
